My cup is full after an incredible couple of weeks focused on people, purpose, and leadership. I had the privilege of attending the IAEE Leadership Institute recently, and I left feeling inspired, encouraged, and incredibly grateful for the experience.
A heartfelt thank you to Matthew Kalb, whose thoughtful facilitation created space for meaningful learning and reflection. He did an outstanding job helping us unpack the real challenges leaders are facing today while offering practical ways to navigate them with intention and confidence.
Some of the most meaningful moments came through the honest and vulnerable conversations we shared. Hearing other leaders openly discuss their challenges, successes, and lessons learned reminded me that we're all navigating many of the same experiences. I left with new connections, fresh perspectives, and the comforting reminder that leadership is never meant to be a solo journey.
I came home with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a full heart. I'm grateful to everyone who made these experiences possible and excited to put what I've learned into practice.
Here's to continuing to learn, grow, and lead with purpose—and to the people who make that journey worthwhile.
